• 1 month in advance for large fleet requirements (10+ buses)

Last-minute bookings are accommodated based on fleet availability — call us and we'll do our best!

Yes! We offer multi-day rentals for trips within MP and outstation destinations like Agra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. For multi-day bookings:

• Driver allowance applies per night halt
• State permit charges are extra for inter-state travel
• Fuel cost is included in the quoted price

Yes — Kalra Travels operates 365 days a year, including all public holidays, religious festivals, and weekends. In fact, festival seasons are our busiest time. We recommend early booking during Diwali, Eid, Mahashivratri, and other major festivals.

No hidden charges. We quote a complete breakup before you confirm — vehicle cost, driver allowance (if any), toll estimate, and permit fees. If the trip goes beyond the agreed kilometre limit or time, additional charges are discussed and agreed beforehand. We value long-term trust over one-time gains.

Yes! AC buses are available across all 6 cities — Indore, Ujjain, Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur, and Ratlam. Non-AC options are also available at lower rates for budget-conscious travellers. Please specify your preference (AC/Non-AC) at the time of booking so we can provide an accurate quote.

Yes! We offer beautifully decorated buses for baraat processions, wedding guest shuttles, and sangeet/reception events. Decoration options include flower garlands, lighting, and customised themes. Additional decoration charges apply. Book at least 7–10 days in advance for wedding bookings.

Yes. All vehicles in our fleet are GPS-tracked. This allows us to monitor vehicle location and driver behaviour in real time, ensuring passenger safety and route compliance. For corporate and school bookings, live tracking details can be shared upon request.

Absolutely! We specialise in custom pilgrimage circuits. Whether you want to visit 3 Jyotirlingas in MP (Ujjain + Omkareshwar + Mamleshwar), or combine Chitrakoot with Orchha and Vrindavan, we'll plan the entire route, timing, and bus for your group. Just call or WhatsApp us with the temples you wish to visit.

Yes. For large groups of 100 or more pilgrims, we can arrange multiple buses that travel together as a convoy. Group discounts apply for 3+ vehicles. We also coordinate timing to ensure all vehicles arrive and depart together. Contact us at least 10 days in advance for large group bookings.

Yes. We issue proper GST-compliant invoices for all corporate bookings under Kalra Enterprises. Our GSTIN is available on request. Invoices include full breakup of vehicle charges, driver allowance, and applicable taxes. This makes expense reimbursement and accounting easy for your company.

Yes. We provide airport and railway station pickup/drop services for corporate clients and large groups in all 6 cities. For Indore, we cover Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Airport (IXI) and Indore Railway Station. Flight/train tracking is available for premium clients to ensure on-time pickups even for delayed arrivals.

Yes! We are one of MP's most experienced providers of wedding bus services. We offer:

• Decorated buses for baraat procession
• Guest shuttle buses from hotel to venue
• Return transfer after reception
• Buses for pre-wedding events (mehendi, sangeet)
• Destination wedding fleet (Bhopal, Gwalior, Pachmarhi, etc.)

Book early (15–30 days) for wedding season (Oct–Feb) to ensure availability.

The cost depends on the vehicle type, decoration level, and route. As a guide:

• Mini Bus (27 seat) decorated: Starting ₹8,000–₹12,000
• Standard Bus (45 seat) decorated: Starting ₹12,000–₹18,000
• Volvo Coach decorated: Starting ₹20,000+

Our cancellation policy:

• More than 48 hours before travel: Full refund of advance paid
• 24–48 hours before travel: 50% refund of advance
• Less than 24 hours before travel: No refund (full advance forfeited)
• No-show: No refund

For special circumstances (medical emergency, etc.), please contact us on WhatsApp for a case-by-case resolution.

In the rare event of a breakdown, we have a 24/7 roadside support team. We will:

• Dispatch a replacement vehicle from the nearest available location
• Ensure minimal disruption to your trip
• Adjust charges proportionally if the journey is significantly delayed due to our fault

Customer safety and satisfaction is our top priority.

For most vehicles, the minimum booking is 1 day (8–10 hours or 200 km), whichever comes first. For shorter local trips (under 4 hours), half-day rates may apply. Outstation bookings have no maximum limit. Call us to confirm the right plan for your trip.

Typically, a 20–30% advance is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is settled on the day of travel or as agreed. For large fleet bookings or peak-season trips, we may request a higher advance. Corporate clients with contracts may have monthly billing arrangements.

Absolutely. All Kalra Travels drivers are:

• ✅ Police verified with valid character certificates
• ✅ Hold commercial driving licenses (Heavy Motor Vehicle / LMV)
• ✅ Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience
• ✅ Familiar with MP highways, city roads, and tourist routes
• ✅ Trained in basic first aid and emergency handling

We share driver name, phone number, and vehicle details before every trip.

Yes. All vehicles in our fleet carry comprehensive commercial insurance with passenger liability coverage. Our vehicles also hold valid fitness certificates, permits, and pollution control certificates as per RTO regulations.

Yes, we regularly provide buses for school excursions, college trips, and children's picnics. For school trips, we assign experienced and gentle drivers familiar with child safety protocols. We also provide a chaperone seat arrangement. Parent/teacher tracking of the vehicle is available on request.
